The front camera records extra fluid videos at 60 frames per second, keeping all details sharp even in fast action. With 60fps, motion blur is much reduced compared to 30fps. Event Files Overwrite Protection: dashcams record in a loop, overwriting older files when the memory is full. BlackVue can prevent Event files (triggered manually or by impacts) overwriting. Up to fifty (50) files can be protected this way. You can choose to allow new Event files to overwrite past Event files, thus keeping the latest fifty.

Adaptive Format-Free File Management: this BlackVue-developed file system improves recording stability and requires less microSD card formatting.

SD Card Failure Alert: your BlackVue detects as soon as the microSD card fails and warns you with a “Please check SD card” voice alert.

Black Box my car is the way to go

I have 9 dash cams on our vehicles (personal and work). I have found that the Blackvue brand is superior to many other brands. I do not want to throw otehr brands under the buss, but I tried 2 other cameras and they failed after only 2 years and the supporting apps were not easy to work with. Blackvue app is great and you can pull, save and share videos on the go from anywhere without having to pull the SD card and load it onto your computer or be parked in your garage hooked up to your wifi. This means that with the Blackvue, you can be out and about, and if an accident happens you can literally text the video to the officer right on scene. We park our fleet vehicles outside in the sun where it gets up to 110 degrees during summer months. My guess is it gets to be 150 degrees + on the inside of the windshield too. I have had the same Blackvue cameras on my fleet vehicles since 2017 (7 years now) and they are still working great. I have purchased most of these from Blackbox my car and there service is by far better than when i bought from Amazon and Ebay once. The owner here actually emails you and helps you when you need it. Thank you Blackbox my car, you guys are great!

Blackvue makes great products and their App is the best out there. The cloud feature is also superior to all other brands. However, when it came to the DR770X, the video quality felt subpar, which is really what matters most on a dashcam. If they had made the resolution 2k, this would have been perfect. I opted to return the DR770X and buy the DR970X which is 4k. I had to buy a $200 module to get cloud/ sim connectivity which is the only draw back.

Very Responsive customer service

The product is great, the service was great to. However the wire isn't long enough to get to the back of our truck with no option to extend or even buying an extension it wont cover the back of the truck when the camera is designed for front and back ?
