Our Warranty Coverage
For warranty, we provide a return label only for dead-on-arrival units and if the customer reaches out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
We are only able to provide warranty services and/or after-sales support for customers within Canada and the United States who purchased through BlackboxMyCar. We do not manufacture any dash cams sold on Amazon or any devices labelled as "Black Box". It is unfortunate that this Amazon vendor is able to continue using our hard earned reputation to garner sales. We encourage potential customers to purchase from authorized dealers such as ourselves.
BlackboxMyCar is not responsible for any lost packages that are sent to us.
Our Returns & Exchange Policy
We fully stand behind our products and are absolutely confident that they will meet and exceed your highest expectations. However, within 30 days of purchase, if you are unhappy with your unit, we will refund your money. Please note a return label is not provided and we will require everything sent back to us. Please contact us to get a return request started! Please note any shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
