COVID-19 Shipping Update - Free Rocket Fast Shipping on Orders Above $150 Still in Effect

As the situation caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) quickly evolves, all orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days. We have take extra precautions to protect our teams and we are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure our Rocket Fast delivery remains in effect.

We try our best to fulfill and ship out all orders placed before 2:30PM (Pacific Standard Time) on the same business day. If an order is processed after 2:30PM or over the weekend, it will be shipped out on the next business day.

  • Please note there will be a 24-48 hour processing period during the peak season (October - December).
  • All orders (unless via postage or otherwise stated in the shopping cart by the customer) are signature-delivery required.
  • Fees associated with declined deliveries will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • As per our terms of service, we reserve the right to cancel/refund any order at our discretion.

We do love it when customers share their footage with us, so we'd love to see additional feedback from you once you've had more chances to play with your VIOFO. That said, we do want to clarify one thing regarding the battery pack, the amount of time that it takes to charge will be dependent on your vehicle's battery. For some of our customers, as long as they're driving minimum 30 mins a day, then it will be enough for them to recharge. It's especially important for customers during this time as many of them are working from home so having parking mode on for an extended period of time is important. To clarify, you shouldn't have been required a signature during this period of COVID-19 anyways, according to this page: https://www.fedex.com/en-ca/coronavirus.html - 'Temporarily suspended for most deliveries in Canada and the U.S. A physical signature is not required for FedEx Express and FedEx Ground shipments except when an adult signature is required.' We're not sure what happened, but we're sorry to hear that this happened to you.
