After my grandkids told me I had to get a dash cam, I did a little research on line and was surprised to learn that the the leading supplier for North America was a local business started by an enterprising student. On my initial visit , I had a young lady explain my options in terms I could understand and the cost/benefit decision that I had to make. At no time did I feel pressured or up sold. I was also surprised to find that the soonest appointment for installation was 3 weeks. At my installation appointment, I was greeted and asked if I had any concerns. As an old sailor, I like to have things “shipshape”, so the tidiness of the wire handling was important to me. The post install inspection and demo demonstrated I should not have worried. The unit has worked has stated and I (and my grandson) are pleased with my purchase.

I have purchased the dash cam in the office, it was quick and easy. The customer service representative helped us to book the installation date right away. I don't have the dash cam installed yet, so I don't have any comment about the product at this moment.
