Das IROAD OBD-II-Stromkabel (IM-300) bietet eine einfache Plug-and-Play-Lösung für die nahtlose Stromversorgung von Dashcams bei eingeschaltetem oder ausgeschaltetem Fahrzeug. Es wechselt automatisch zwischen Standard-Aufnahmemodus (bei eingeschaltetem Fahrzeug) und Parkmodus (bei ausgeschaltetem Fahrzeug). Die Umschaltung erfolgt über die Schalter S und P am Kabel. S ermöglicht nur die Standard-Stromaufnahme bei eingeschaltetem Fahrzeug, P sowohl die Standard- als auch die Parkfunktion. Dank des benutzerfreundlichen Designs sind keine aufwendigen Installationen erforderlich, sodass auch Personen ohne technisches Fachwissen ihre Dashcams problemlos anschließen können.

Verbesserte Version, größere Kompatibilität

Der IM-300 ist mit allen Fahrzeugtypen kompatibel, einschließlich Benzin-, Hybrid- und Elektrofahrzeugen. Er verfügt über einen OBD-Anschlussschalter, mit dem Benutzer zwischen dem allgemeinen und dem EV-Modus wechseln können.
Durch die Fähigkeit, sowohl 12-V- als auch 24-V-Batterien zu unterstützen , ist der IM-300 noch vielseitiger und ermöglicht die Kompatibilität mit größeren Fahrzeugen wie Lastkraftwagen und Wohnmobilen.

Durch die zusätzliche Stop & Go-Unterstützung gewährleistet das IM-300 die Kompatibilität mit Start-Stopp-Motoren, bei denen andere OBD-Kabel Probleme haben können.

Would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Their return policy states....Our Returns & Exchange Policy
We provide returns & exchange support to customers in Canada and the U.S. who purchased directly from us at BlackboxMyCar. We stand behind our products. If you're unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days to initiate a return. So I ordered the IROAD OBD-II IM-300 Power Cable, thinking I might use it to make my dash cam install easier. I wasn't sure I would need it but wanted to make sure I had everything on hand that I might possible need on the day of my install.I thought as long as I don't use it, then I can simply return it. Apparently not. Well turns out I can't use it at all due to the fact that my dash cam is not compatible with OBD ports. So when I contacted the company they told me there are no returns on cables. WHAT? THAT IS NOT WHAT THEIR POLICY STATES AS i COPIED AND PASTED IT ABOVE! So apparently even though this item hasn't even been opened, I cannot return it and I am just out $60.00. This is complete nonsense! They are a very misleading company and do NOT care at all about making their customers happy. Save your money and don't waste your time with this company!!!

Can’t return it!

The description for this item on the OBD Power Cable page was "The IROAD OBD-II IM-300 power cable and BlackVue OBD-II power cable are both compatible with various dash cams.” The BlackVue cable was out of stock, so I ordered the IROAD cable to see if it would work. Upon reading the installation instructions, I realized that this cable wouldn’t work with my dash cam. So I thought, no problem, the cable was never plugged in and is still in it’s original packaging, so I’ll just ask for return authorization. BUT, it turns out that BlackBoxMyCar — unlike any other place that I’ve ever ordered from online — does not accept returns of cables. Period. No explanation other than “that’s our policy”. So I’m out $60 for a cable that I can’t use, and BlackBoxMyCar has lost a customer for life!
