If the Men’s National Title Game on April 6 goes into Overtime, we pay for your gear. Customers who purchase an eligible product during the Promotion Period may receive a full refund of their qualifying purchase if the Conditional Event occurs. See the official Promotion terms below for details:

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

Baotris, Inc. DBA PlayAbly (“Sponsor”) is offering the “Gamified Rebate” Promotion (“Promotion”) beginning on March 30, 2026, and ending on April 5, 2026, 11:59 PM PST (the “Promotion Period”).

2. PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY

Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Promotion: Sponsor; any of Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising and promotion agencies; and any employee, officer, director, representative or agent of any of the foregoing persons and the immediate family members (spouses and siblings, children and parents and their spouses, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor may verify eligibility at any time. Sponsor will make any determinations of eligibility. Sponsor’s decision as to eligibility is final.

3. TO PARTICIPATE

Entry Method 1 – Conditional Rebate Promotion

Purchase any product using code OVERTIME from BlackboxMyCar, at https://www.blackboxmycar.com/ during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Product”).

Customers who purchase an Eligible Product during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Purchase”) will receive a full refund if the Men’s National Title Game on April 6 goes into Overtime (the “Conditional Event”).

If the Conditional Event occurs, all customers who made a Qualifying Purchase are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price paid for the Eligible Product purchased during the Promotion Period (“Rebate”) by following the Rebate terms in Section 4 below. If the Conditional Event does not occur, no rebates will be awarded.

Limit one (1) Rebate per person/per household for eligible purchases.

Products purchased during the Promotion Period are not eligible for a refund unless the refund is requested prior to the occurrence of the Conditional Event. Any refund requested before the Conditional Event will no longer qualify for a Rebate. Following the Conditional Event, customers will not be entitled to a refund and may only request an exchange, which shall be granted at BlackboxMyCar’s sole discretion.

Entry Method 2 – Mail-In Entry

Mail a handwritten postcard to Baotris, Inc. dba PlayAbly at 3242 Lincoln Ave Honolulu, HI 96816 including the following information:

If the Conditional Event occurs, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible mail-in entries to receive one (1) BlackboxMyCar Gift Card of $100. If the Conditional Event does not occur, no mail-in entry drawing will be conducted.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Mail-in entry postcard and/or envelope must be written by the eligible customer only. Eligible customers are not permitted to use any third-party service to assist with the entry process. Each postcard or envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipment of mail-in entries will not be accepted.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person/per household.

Customers who make qualifying purchases are not eligible for mail-in entry. Mail-in entrants are not eligible for purchase-based rebates.

Eligible purchases and/or mail-in postcards must be completed, postmarked, and received by Sponsor no later than April 5, 2026, 11:59 PM PST.

Any attempt to use multiple identities, fraudulent transactions, or automated mechanisms to gain additional entries or rebates will result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

4. REBATE TERMS

If the Conditional Event occurs, Sponsor will send an email to the address associated with the Qualifying Purchase containing a link to a Typeform® to collect the information necessary to process the rebate, including the customer’s Venmo or PayPal account information.

To claim the rebate, customers must complete and submit the Typeform® within forty-five (45) days of the email delivery date.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and required documentation, including proof of purchase and identity verification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes and may be required to submit IRS documentation (e.g., W-9).

Rebate payments will be processed within thirty (30) days following verification.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any customer who fails to comply with these terms.

5. RANDOM DRAWING / ODDS FOR MAIL-IN ENTRIES

Within seven (7) days of the Conditional Event, Sponsor will select one (1) mail-in entry winner via random drawing. Odds depend on number of eligible entries received and occurrence of the Conditional Event.

6. MAIL-IN ENTRY PRIZE

If the Conditional Event occurs, one (1) winner will receive a BlackboxMyCar Gift Card valued at $100.

The prize will be delivered via email and is subject to issuer terms. Not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may require completion of IRS Form W-9 and may issue a 1099 if required by law.

No substitution or transfer of prize except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION / VERIFICATION

Winner will be notified by email within ten (10) days of the Conditional Event and must respond within seven (7) days.

Failure to respond or provide required documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to use winner’s name, likeness, and location for promotional purposes where permitted by law.

8. WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Promotion terms and Sponsor’s decisions.

Entrants grant Sponsor rights to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor, Brand Partner, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, BlackboxMyCar, National Collegiate Athletic Association, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) are not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, network issues, or other disruptions.

Participants agree to release the Releasees from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of any rebate or prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control.

All federal, state, and local laws apply.

10. GOVERNING LAW

All disputes will be resolved individually in the State of Washington under Washington law, without resort to class action.

11. PRIVACY

Information submitted will be handled per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy:

12. SEVERABILITY / HEADINGS

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Headings are for convenience only.
